Shipping Information

We will ship your order either by United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. Sorry we do not ship internationally except to Canada at this time.

The shipping rates for the continental United States are as follows;

• $0 - $19.99 = $6.95
• $20 - $49.99 = $9.95
• $50 - $74.99 = $12.95
• $75 - $99.99 = $14.95
• $100 - $149.99 = $17.95
• $150 - $199.99 = $20.95
• $200 - and up = $25.95

The shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO are as follows;

• $0 - $19.99 = $13.95
• $20 - $49.99 = $16.95
• $50 - $74.99 = $18.95
• $75 - $99.99 = $21.95
• $100 - $149.99 = $24.95
• $150 - $199.99 = $27.95
• $200 - and up = $34.95

Some larger or “special order” items such as furniture will incur additional shipping charges. This will be noted in the item description. We will send you a shipping quote before finalizing your order of these items.

Global Priority Mail International will be used to ship Canada orders where available. All Canada orders will be charged the rate charged to ship your order by the USPS. No additional shipping and handling charges will apply. Please note that your intial reciept will not have shipping charges included for Canada orders, however your credit card will be charged for both the merchandise and the shipping. If you would like to know the amount before shipping takes place please note that in the comments line of your order and we will be glad to email you an approximate cost. Tracking information and insurance are not available on International Priority Mail, and we will not be responsible for lost merchandise when shipping international orders.

Sorry we do not ship International to any other countries at this time.

Shipping Terms

Shipping time for most orders will be 2-3 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. “Special Order” items such as furniture take approximately 8-12 weeks to ship as these items are custom manufactured to your specifications. “Special Order” items sometimes may incur additional shipping charges.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 10 -14 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by countryporchprimitives.com or other parties only as a general estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

“Out-of-Stock” Products

We, “countryporchprimitives.com” will attempt to ship your order in a timely fashion. Usually, products ship within 1-4 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will result in a delay fulfilling your order. We will not delay shipping your order beyond 1 week with the exception being "special order items". You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped, if we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours from time when we notify you of an out of stock item the rest of your order will be shipped. Any items which are going to be out of stock for any length of time will be marked out of stock on your shipping invoice and will not be shipped later.
