Orders Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We “countryporchprimitives.com” reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any or no reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Card Payment
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Countryporchprimitives.com does not charge a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. This information must be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order, with the exception that “special orders” will require a 25% “nonrefundable” fee being charged to your credit card upon placement of your order. This down payment on “special orders” will be refunded in its entirety if we cannot deliver the merchandise you ordered. However if you make changes to and/or cancel your order after it has been placed with the manufacturer this could result in a loss of your down payment and/or additional fees. Countryporchprimitives.com is a subsidiary of Martins Country Markets' and any charges to your credit card will read Martins Country Markets' LLC.
Personal Checks, Cash and Money Orders
Countryporchprimitives.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders as a method of payment on internet orders.

We, “Countryporchprimitives.com ” keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, address, email address, credit card information and phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Private Customer information such as credit card information etc. will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time and to provide you with a personal shopping experience.
Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.

Shipping Policy
Shipping time for most orders will be 1-4 business days, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, exception if prior arrangements were made to do so. “Special Order” items such as furniture take approximately 8-12 weeks to ship as these items are custom manufactured to your specifications. “Special Order” items sometimes may incur additional shipping charges.
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, please allow 10 -14 business days for shipping. Consider any transit or shipping time offered to you by countryporchprimitives.com or other parties only as a general estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
“Out-of-Stock” Products
We, “countryporchprimitives.com” will attempt to ship your order in a timely fashion. Usually, products ship within 1-4 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will result in a delay fulfilling your order. We will not delay shipping your order beyond 1 week with the exception being "special order items". You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being shipped, if we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours from time when we notify you of an out of stock item the rest of your order will be shipped. Any items which are going to be out of stock for any length of time will be marked out of stock on your shipping invoice and will not be shipped later.
Return Policy
We will gladly replace and/or accept the return of products that are defective due to damage in transit, defects in workmanship and/or manufacturing for up to 15 days from receipt of item, please check your items carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via phone or email. You will be required to save the box and all its contents for 14 days in case the shipper desires to inspect it. Mistakes we make in filling your order that result in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return up to15 days from the receipt of your item. When these items are returned we will issue a refund to your credit card.
All returns must be approved by us prior to sending them back, please contact us before returning items. Orders that are refused or items returned that are not damaged will incur a 25% restocking fee. We can not issue refunds for shipping charges. “Special orders” will require a 25% “nonrefundable” fee being charged to your credit card upon placement of your order. Sales Taxes
Countryporchprimitives.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other areas, the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales, customs, duties taxes and/or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, countryporchprimitives.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price. Countryporchprimitives.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, countryporchprimitives.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. You will be under no obligation to accept an order for which the price was posted in correctly.
